AutoNow has the right to reject any advertisement. Any adverts that contain false information may be subject to change without notification. All adverts belong solely to AutoNow and are subject to copyright any unauthorised reproduction will be taken seriously. AutoNow cannot be held responsible for any dealings between the seller of the car (advertiser) or the buyer of any of the cars currently or previously advertised this does not affect your statutory rights.
All adverts are entered unaltered as long as they meet the aforementioned terms above. Any typo errors or other mistakes are deemed as the customers responsibility and AutoNow will not change these adverts until the customers advertising period ends, mistakes will only then be rectified if the customer informs us of them. If you are not happy with our service and wish to cancel please inform us by email. We are obliged by law to reimburse you the full amount providing you notify us within 7 days. Your contract with us starts from when you submit your details on the advertising options page. This statement conforms with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We
promise to add all adverts onto our site within 2 working days (Monday-Friday)
providing they meet the requirements listed above. We hope that you find these
terms and conditions fair and it is our honest intention to ensure that all
our customers are totally satisfied. If you have any complaints please visit
the "Contact Us" page. We respond to all complaints within 2 working
days.
