Use our specially built search features to view the cars. Click the 'Search for Car' button on the navigation bar. First click the model you would like to view then press the 'Go' button. The page will then change and you need to then narrow your search criteria. Next choose a model from the list for example Micra. If you would like to specify a particular price range then choose the minumum amount in the first drop down menu and then specify the maximum in the following drop down menu. If you leave the default values in then the search will look for all cars regardless of the price. The final drop down menu narrows your search down to a specific area. Again if you leave the setting on any it will do a nation wide search and display cars from all areas in mainland UK. When you are happy with the criteria then press the 'Find' button to display the results.
The cars will be displayed vertically down the page if you want to look at a car in more detail then press the 'View' sign to the left of the cars photograph. This then displays the cars description and will include in most cases a full screen picture. To continue browsing press your back button or click the link at the bottom of the page to make a new search.
When you call the car owner it is often worthwhile asking as many questions about the car as possible. In depth car buying advice is available from the main navigation bar under 'Buying Advice'. However even when you have seen the car it may be worth while getting a professional opinion on how good the cars condition really is. The buying advice goes into detail on this as well. There is plenty of information on the internet about different models of cars and the pros and cons of each model. An example is a well known pricing guide which well tell you what to look out for with each model and it also gives the car an overall mark in terms of reliability etc. In the future we intend to have an on line Specialist Mechanic who will be able to answer questions through a chat applet. All Internet Explorer users should have no problems with this page. As this is the most common and widely used package the website is geared to make full us of IEs capabilities. The website is designed primarily to be user friendly and easy to navigate. We are awaiting findings from the main internet governing body who will decide this year whether to have a standard internet browsing protocol. This will ensure across the field compatibility. We are working on a system now whereby Netscape users will be able to view the website with greater ease. Again please be patient if you are having problems.
If the sites graphics look blurred it could be that you are using AOL. AOL doesn't display images properly sometimes because it attempts to change the image formats to an ART image. AOL designed this so that images display faster and so web pages load up more quickly. The downside of this is that it compresses these image files and hence the quality drastically reduces. You can change these default settings within AOL by doing the following.
1) Click 'My AOL' on the main AOL page
2) Select 'Other Preferences'
3) Click the 'Internet' button
4) A new menu will appear, click the last tab on this menu called 'Web Graphics'.
5) Highlight the option 'Never compress graphics'
6) Finally click the 'Apply' button and finally click on 'OK'.
There you go!!!. This will resolve any problems you may have experienced. You will not notice immediate results because your temporary internet files still hold all the compressed Auto Now files. To resolve this close your browser and delete your temporary internet files and then log back on to our site. This of course applies to all other sites and you should notice a real improvement in graphics in all the sites you subsequently visit.

Sometimes it is useful to be flexible and use your best judgment, for example if you advertise your car and the response is poor then you may wish to advertise next time at a slightly cheaper asking price. We can promise you that many people will have access to your advert. It is advertised nationally and sites such as this are the most popular and well visited sites in the UK. Also there are no restrictions on potential customers viewing your car as there are no financial costs involved in surfing this site.
When potential buyers visit ensure that your car looks its best. Never be too hasty to sell it, potential buyers will notice if you are desperate to sell it to them. It may even be worthwhile telling them how may people have called you about it so that they understand that they are not the only potential buyer. State your price and stick to it if at all possible. The very fact that the individual has expressed an interest in it in the first place virtually ensures that he or she is happy with the price already. However if there are any problems found that were not disclosed on the original advert then dropping the price may have to be an option.
